We are Paul & Jessica Ramsden and we are the owners and artists of Casco Bay Upholster & Décor (formerly Casco Bay Sewing), located in Auburn, Maine.

We began our journey in building our business in early 2020, after Paul’s major health scare and right before COVID hit. What an insane time to start a new venture! At the time, we had no idea what crazy and rewarding years we’d have ahead of us. We started doing minor sewing repair projects, but that quickly became just the tip of iceberg.

While we are a new company, we offer nothing but the highest quality of craftsmanship in every piece we touch. We are a family-owned and operated business.

Jessica’s Background

Jessica is a dedicated artisan with a lifelong passion for the art of sewing and upholstery. Her journey in this craft began at the age of 9, under the patient and loving guidance of her grandmother. She instilled in her the values of precision, creativity, and a profound respect for the traditions of this timeless art form.
